Grow Snowball

How I work

Four steps. Each one builds on the last. Here is what happens in each, what I need from you and what you get back.

  1. Review

I go through your business and find the three things that cost the most time and money. You get an honest plan, even if the answer is that you don't need me yet.

    What happens

We talk about how the business is doing, what takes time and what costs money. I look at the website, the Google profile and the tools you use.

    What I need from you

A bit of your time, and honest answers about what annoys you most. I don't need access yet.

    What you get back

An honest plan with the three things worth doing first. If the answer is that you don't need me yet, you'll hear it.

  2. Fix the foundation

First what's missing: website, Google profile, what people see from outside. There's no point pouring in customers if they meet something half-finished.

    What happens

I fix what customers see first: the website, the Google profile and everything else that faces outward. What's half-finished gets finished before I bring in more customers.

    What I need from you

Access to the website and the Google profile, photos and text you're happy with, and answers when I ask.

    What you get back

An outward face that's ready to receive customers, and a clear list of what has been done.

  3. Build the system

I put AI and automation on the routines, connected to the tools you already use. You follow along and skip the technical talk.

    What happens

I put AI and automation on the routines, connected to the tools you already use. You see it take shape along the way.

    What I need from you

Access to the tools I'll connect, and short feedback when I show you how it works.

    What you get back

A system that takes care of the routines, and a simple explanation of how it works, without the technical talk.

  4. Run and grow

I look after it and fine-tune it so it never stalls. Every improvement builds on the one before. That's the snowball effect.

    What happens

I make sure it keeps working, keep an eye on what happens and fine-tune. Then I build on what pays off most.

    What I need from you

Tell me when something changes in the business, and give me feedback now and then.

    What you get back

A system that doesn't stall and gets better over time. Every improvement builds on the one before.
